Order Processing & Fulfillment

Each HABU piece is made with intention. Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days before they are shipped.

Because many HABU products are made on demand, fulfillment time is separate from shipping transit time.

U.S. Shipping

HABU offers standard U.S. shipping at checkout.

Standard U.S. shipping usually takes 3–5 business days after fulfillment.

Express U.S. shipping may be available at checkout and usually takes 1–3 business days after fulfillment.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the product type, order contents, and available shipping options.

Free U.S. Shipping

HABU offers free U.S. shipping on orders over $100.

Orders under $100 will receive the available standard shipping rates at checkout.

International Shipping

HABU ships to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location, product type, and available shipping options.

International delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, or local delivery conditions.

Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, taxes, or import charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Shipping Delays

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may happen due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of HABU’s control.

HABU is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped, but we will do our best to help customers with tracking or delivery concerns.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@habuvillage.com.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we may not be able to make changes to the shipping address.
