At HABU, every piece is prepared with care and intention. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Please include your order number, name, and reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it quickly.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Made-to-Order Items

Many HABU products are made on demand. Because of this, we ask customers to carefully review product details, sizing, and shipping information before placing an order.

Returns are accepted only when the item meets the return conditions listed above.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale, clearance, or gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
